Delete your Star Industry account

This page explains how to delete your account in Star Industry, the game by starindustry.io for Android and iPhone, and what happens to your data when you do.
Delete your account in the Game
- Open Star Industry and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. You are signed out on all devices at once.
Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" from the email address you used in the Game, or include your in-game nickname so we can find your account. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your nickname, name, avatar and email address.
- Your device identifier and the links to Sign in with Apple or Google, Telegram and crypto wallet addresses. A Sign in with Apple link is also revoked with Apple.
- All your sessions: the account can no longer be signed in to and cannot be restored. Your game progress, items and in-game currency are lost.
What is kept
- Records of purchases and payments, which we must keep to comply with tax and accounting laws.
- Game records that are no longer linked to you (for example, past league results), kept in anonymised form.
